Enquiry on Results (EOR)
If you believe your IELTS scores do not reflect your performance, you can request an Enquiry on Results (EOR) to have one or more components of your test re-marked. The request must be submitted within six weeks of your test date. An EOR can take 2 to 21 days, depending on the components reviewed. If your scores change as a result of the re-mark, you will receive a new Test Report Form and a full refund of the EOR fee. To initiate an EOR, please contact us or submit the official EOR request form along with your payment and ID document.
Note:
For paperbased IELTS tests, the original TRF must be mailed to our main office at the address below. The EOR request will start once we receive your TRF.
